$3B entertainment, dining and retail property across 5M sq. ft. with projected 40M visitors annually.

Led the partnerships and sponsorships acquisition strategy for the $3B entertainment, dining and retail destination. Authored the corporate brand vision and designed a robust marketing toolkit utilized by teams company-wide. Worked with leadership team to align creative and financial goals, leveraging and monetizing partnership opportunities valued at $100+M for Citi, Samsung, Lyft, Nickelodeon, DreamWorks, Anheuser-Busch, Cirque du Soleil, Merlin Entertainments, the NY Jets and NY Giants. Secured Coca-Cola with a term value of $70MM.

Led the corporate re-brand, marketing and revenue growth strategy of live events and brand experiences company. Key member of the strategic leadership team. Oversight of marketing operations, client relationships, new website development, business development, team architecture and recruitment, and development of marketing, sales and research/data analytics best practices. Developed marketing, content and brand experiences for brands including Nike, HBO, Bloomberg Philanthropies, SXSW, Samsung, One World Observatory, and YouTube. Recruited to launch the NY HQ for brand experiences agency/holding company, representing and pitching offerings across 13-agency network to clients. Won, led and renewed Samsung account at 3x revenue increase and 27% resource efficiencies; with oversight across US & Korea C-Suite.   • VICE PRESIDENT, ACCOUNT DIRECTOR / AMERICAN EXPRESS ENTERTAINMENT ACCESS (MOMENTUM WORLDWIDE / IPG): Advisor and client lead during re-negotiation of Tier 1 partnerships. Doubled partnership from $16M to $31M in revenue by designing new ownable and scalable live and digital experiences, superior online ticketing and e-commerce UX, and rollout of content-based assets for Ticketmaster, Live Nation, AEG, Madison Square Garden, Staples Center, NBA & NHL teams.

  • CO-FOUNDER & ORGANIZER / TEDxEast (TED CONFERENCES), Co-Founder and Producer: Produced consistently sold-out TED-branded By-Invitation-Only events catering to 500 industry thought-leaders focused on Ideas Worth Spreading global mission. Lead marketing and production, including speaker coaching, and Talk content and presentation editing. Speakers included TED curator Chris Anderson, Tony Award-winning producer David Binder, Michelin star chef Thomas Keller and performances by Grammy Award-winner Suzanne Vega and nationally acclaimed PS22 Chorus.

  • VICE PRESIDENT, ACCOUNT DIRECTOR / GOOGLE (CO OP / HAVAS): Designed branded environments to support culture, productivity and employee experience, including themed communal areas, conference rooms, and transitional spaces. Work achieved extensive press coverage.

  • MARKETING DIRECTOR / AEG LIVE and PRUDENTIAL CENTER ARENA (NJ): Led 16-market team across US & Canada to deliver ticket sales revenue for concert tours during down market. Recruited internally to join PruCenter grand opening marketing team. Led Amex/Ticketmaster partnership for Bon Jovi 10-night sold-out run.

  • EXECUTIVE COACH: Coach high-functioning executives in corporate organizations and small businesses to improve organizational performance, conflict resolution and career focus.

Director of Marketing, Concerts & Attractions / Madison Square Garden Entertainment / New York, NY / 1999 – 2005

Oversaw $3M budget that generated $30M revenue annually through ticket sales, online memberships, fan clubs, merchandise, dining experiences and sponsor activations. Worked across music, sports, media, theatre, film and entertainment portfolio, including the Knicks, Rangers, Liberty, WE TV, Bravo, MSG Network, and Radio City Christmas Spectacular. Lead marketer on website relaunch, achieving 80% increase in online ticket sales within first year, and first to launch mobile marketing strategy. Negotiated record $6.9M in media exposure, 230% above annual marketing budget. Drove $8M in Amex online ticket sales annually, coordinating 6-agency collaboration and launch plan strategy. Special projects: Sinatra: His Voice, His World, His Way, The Comedy Garden series, The Concert for 9/11, Springsteen (Shea Stadium), The American Express Concert Series (all venues), and Mercedes Benz Concert Series (Radio City). Awards included multiple years of Pollstar Arena of the Year and Venue of the Year, based on YOY record-breaking ticket sales.
